About Me

Jenniellen Beattie (pronounced Jennie-Ellen Bay-tee) (she/her) grew up in the small town of Homer, New York and was born to be a swing--it combines her passion of performing with her love of organization and a brain that loves a good challenge. She is is a true triple threat, with a BFA in Musical Theatre and minor in jazz dance from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA.

As an artist, it is her goal to bring joy to others and to encourage young BIPOC to pursue theatre. As a mixed-race individual (She is Black, White, and Latina), she didn’t see herself reflected in entertainment until recently, and wants to change that for the next generation of artists. Her philosophy is that “the best way to predict your future is to create it” and hopes to spread a vision of a beautiful future everywhere she goes!

In her free time, Jenniellen loves to cross stitch, read mystery and fantasy books, and buy as many succulents as she can. In 2023 Jenniellen got married and moved to New York City- her husband Connor Beattie is a theatrical electrician currently working on Drag The Musical Off-Broadway!
